PrincipalEphi Maglaris, LEED AP has 19 years of multi-faceted real estate experience. She is a highly regarded expert in asset management and repositioning strategies. She is experienced in developing comprehensive strategies to execute sustainable real estate practices.
Ms. Maglaris has utilized her past experience to advise clients in aligning their real estate and business objectives to reduce occupancy costs. For one of her key clients, Corning, she was able to identify over $10MM in potential savings in real estate costs and advised executives on a strategy to achieve those savings.
In her prior position as an asset manager, she managed corporate real estate as well as investment properties in variety of asset classes. She developed long-range capital improvement plans for repositioning challenged older buildings, enhanced building operations and directed leasing and marketing campaigns resulting in improved occupancy rates from 75% to 90%. Ms. Maglaris also successfully directed the renovation of a large corporate headquarters which included preparing budgets, evaluating bids and maintaining bottom-line responsibility for capital project costs.
